Cross Exchange is exciting new platform in the work exchange market.
A work exchange is a mutually-beneficial agreement between a host and volunteer: the host welcomes the volunteer into their home (providing room and board, in most instances), and the volunteer accomplishes an agreed upon amount of volunteer-work in exchange. No money trades hands.
Cross Exchange is a work exchange that is uniquely Christian: our platform has been built from the ground-up to foster and develop genuine connections between Christians around the world.

Cross Exchange International is a platform that helps volunteers and hosts connect. We don’t get in the way of your travels - you make the arrangements, you volunteer, and you grow connections with the global body of Christ. Create Your Profile
Hosts will be interested to see who you are and what you’re about. Setting up your profile can take as little as 15 minutes, but it’s best to not rush through this!
Hosts on Cross Exchange have with a wide range of needs they are seeking help with. Hosts accept volunteers in exchange for an agreed upon amount of work, usually a set amount of hours per day or per week. Searching our growing catalog of hosts is easy- choose from our filters based on location, type of volunteer activity, and more to find hosts you’d be interested in volunteering for. Send them a message asking if you can come! On occasion, some hosts might even reach out to you.

Once you and your host have successfully made your arrangements (including the type of volunteer work, dates of stay, and other arrangements), pack your bags and prepare for your trip! Transportation is the volunteer’s responsibility, so planning ahead helps you get the best deals on travel.

Go!
When you arrive at your host’s location, you get to live with them like you’re part of their family. That’s why, except when agreed upon otherwise, Cross Exchange hosts provide food and lodging at no charge.

Cross Exchange hosts want more than an extra pair of hands- they want to welcome you into their lives and show you what makes their area special. All Cross Exchange hosts make church gatherings available to their volunteers, so you can worship God like a local, too.
